Our model

Celestio Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a Karnataka-based solar power developer focused on utility-scale Group Captive projects.

We build solar assets that serve industrial consumers directly. Under India's Group Captive framework, the consumer holds equity in the project and procures the power generated. The result is long-term, transparent, and aligned: the people using the electricity also own the asset producing it.

Lifecycle

Our work spans the full project lifecycle:

  • Site identification and land aggregation
  • Regulatory and statutory approvals
  • EPC oversight and quality assurance
  • Grid connectivity and commissioning
  • Three decades of asset management thereafter

Geography

We work in Karnataka. Our first asset is in Pavagada, Tumkur district — one of India's most established solar generation regions. Concentrating in one geography lets us know the ground, the grid, and the regulator.
